Requirements

Key Responsibilities:


  • General Administrative Support: Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks including filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.

  • Reception Duties: Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and manage email correspondence.

  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.

  • Scheduling: Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars.

  • Document Preparation: Help prepare documents, reports, and presentations.

  • Supplies Management: Monitor and order office supplies as needed.

  • Team Support: Provide support to various departments as required.

  • Customer Service: Assist with client inquiries and ensure a high level of customer service.


Qualifications and Requirements:


  • Education: GCSEs in English and Maths or equivalent.

  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • IT Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Team Player: Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

  • Eagerness to Learn: Willingness to learn and develop new skills.

  • Professionalism: Demonstrate a professional attitude and appearance.

  • Reliability: Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

  • Customer Service: Friendly and approachable, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
